Q. Do I need to make an appointment?
A. You do not need an appointment for alterations. Our very capable staff are always on hand in store. For ladies evening wear, please call us on (08) 8373 5658 to confirm that our dressmaker is present.
Q. What is the turn around time?
A. Our average turn around time is about a week for complex alterations. Trousers hems can be done on shorter notice. Timing depends on our current work load and the size of the job required. Please call (08) 8373 5658 to confirm the soonest available collection time.
Q. Which garments do you work on?
A. All kinds! Jeans, trousers, shirts, skirts, jackets, coats and more! We do NOT work on leather or wedding dresses.
Q. Do I need to bring anything?
A. If you require your garment to be “floor length” please bring the shoes you intend to wear.
Q. I need ____ done. Are you able to do that?
A. We have the most highly skilled sewing team in Adelaide. We are able to do all alterations, aside from leather work and beading.
Q. I’m not sure what needs to be done, my garment just doesn’t fit!
A. Feel free to come in and try your garment on for a no-obligation quote and an expert opinion.
